Hostel Protocols

• Parents are not allowed to enter the hostel without permission of hostel in charge.
• Parents can meet their child only last Sunday of every month
• Phone call is allowed only Sunday 10:00am to 12:00pm only
• Parents are not allowed to come without prior intimation to the hostel staff.
• Things of child has to be properly labelled to avoid loose/theft.
• Only clothes washing service is provide to students, laundry service like dry clean/pressing clothes is provided with additional charges.
• Hostel uniform has to be taken by the students and additional charges has to be paid hostel fees do not include uniform fees.
• Hostel fees has to be paid in advance.
• Any materials like books, socks, soap, hair oil etc. Students need will be provided to child after payment done in advance.
• In case of any medical emergency expenses done by the hostel has to be borne by the parents only
• Any misbehavior of student in the hostel will Leds to suspension of student from hostel and school both.
• Any outing or trip organized by the hostel for hostel students’ charges need to be paid separately.
• Parents has to deposit 1000/- as caution deposit.
• Hostel fees does not include birthday celebration, haircut, medicine, hostel charges, etc.
• Hostel fees includes only Food & Accommodation and tuition as study hours only.
